Shipping Process

After your order is processed, it will be dispatched and you will receive another email with tracking information. You can expect your order to arrive within 5–7 working days (Monday – Friday) after the dispatch. All orders within the United Kingdom are eligible for free delivery.

Delays
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow an extra 3 working days (Monday – Friday) before contacting us. Delays can occur due to many unforeseen reasons. If the delay continues, reach out to us at support@stagent.co.uk, and we will look into the issue.

Cancellations
