Delivery Procedure
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are prepared within 0–2 working days (Monday to Friday). After dispatch, you will receive a follow-up email containing a tracking link, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier handling your parcel. In most cases, delivery is completed within 6–10 working days from the dispatch date. We do not charge any shipping fees.

Cancelling an Order
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@stagent.co.uk. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
