Refunds

After we receive your returned package, we’ll inspect it. Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. This process may take up to 7 days. We do not charge restocking fees.

Exchanges

Changed your mind and want a different item? No problem! Exchanges are possible within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Just reach out to us at support@stagent.co.uk with the details of what you’d like to exchange, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@stagent.co.uk. Please note that we won't be able to cancel your order once it has been processed or dispatched.
