Return and Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items without providing a reason. Returns cannot be accepted after this period. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@stagent.co.uk. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Kindly ensure that the parcel is securely packed and sent via a reliable courier. Please be aware that the cost of returning goods is the customer’s responsibility.

Once your return has been received, the item will be inspected. If it meets the return requirements, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Kindly allow up to 7 days for the refund to be finalised. Restocking fees do not apply.

Should you wish to exchange an item, this can be arranged within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original condition. Please contact us at support@stagent.co.uk with the relevant details, and we will guide you through the next steps.

If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us at support@stagent.co.uk as soon as possible. Kindly be aware that once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please email us at support@stagent.co.uk, including a photograph of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly and keep you informed throughout. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience experienced.
